The Prince William Rowing Club (PWRC) was established in 1990 to stimulate and develop interest and participation in the sport of rowing among amateur individuals of all ages and abilities within our community. The Club is managed and operated entirely by it’s volunteer members.
The PWRC offers a wide-range of rowing and community education and service opportunities. These include rowing camps that support youth and disadvantaged rowers, novice and recreational rowers, and elite master’s rowing teams that compete locally as well as nationally. And we are especially fortunate to be located on one of the premier rowing and racing locations on the east coast – the Occoquan Reservoir.
Whether you’re an experienced rower or you’ve never set foot in rowing shell before, we have a program for you – so come join us!
